Payment and Refund Policy

 Thank you for your interest in traveling with ItzTyme2Travel. Below are the payment and refund terms for our group trips:

-Deposit & Payment Plans
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to book all trips. Payment plans are available to pay off the remaining balance.

-Minimum Group Size
A minimum of two people is required for all group trips.

If ItzTyme2Travel cancels the trip for any reason, all payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.

-Cancellations and Refunds

Refund Requests: You may request a refund up to 30 days after booking your trip.

No Refunds: After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

Full Payment Due: All balances must be paid 45 days prior to departure. Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Passport & Visa Requirements

Some trips may require a valid passport and/or visa.

Please contact us before booking to verify the necessary travel documents for your trip.

Vaccination Requirements
 

Certain destinations may have specific vaccination requirements.

It is your responsibility to confirm the necessary vaccinations before traveling. Please reach out to us for any related questions.

For international trips, all travelers are required to register with the U.S. Department of State’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for safety updates and advisories.
